If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a hundred times that if I had to choose between carrying my knife and flashlight every day or my gun, I’d choose the knife and flashlight every time.
I use my knife and flashlight every single day, and thankfully I’ve never had to use my gun.
What say you? If you had to choose, which would it be?
How about all three?
There is no choice there. Carry all three or stay at home.
I really get a kick out of all you so called ‘experts’ on gun blogs and gun mags.

I’m with ya Lucas. I like having options and the light and knife give me a lot more in many situations. The way I see it, my pistol opens up a finite set of options for me against other people while the knife and light give me a fighting chance against not only people but nature, bad luck and circumstance. Now, knife or flashlight… that’s a tougher question.
I’m only inconvenienced if I don’t have my knife or my flashlight. Sure, I don’t have to use my gun everyday, but tell me one time you “need” a flashlight or knife on your person.
