Grass Roots North Carolina issued a response to WRAL last night, demanding that the database be taken down, and an apology be issued to concealed carry permit holders in NC.GRNC has threatened to organize a boycott of WRAL’s sponsors if the database was not removed by this morning, which upon my check of the WRAL website, it is still up.

WRAL is using the excuse that its public information. Well congratualtions WRAL…I was able t pull up the reporters real estate information, and get his address, a photo of his home, the floor plan of his home, etc….ALL FROM PUBLIC INFORMATION. I placed this information under the WRAL story in the COMMENTS section. Sure this information is public, but does anyone want it being so broadly spread. Well whats good for WRAL is good for the rest of us, so we should post all the real estate information about its employees, on a website for all to see and see how they like it.
