Looks like the SC Constitutional Carry Bill is dead. It got shot down last night on a 4-17 vote in the Senate committee where it has been for a while now. This is exciting news for our friends in South Carolina! Gov. Haley has announced that she will be signing the S308 into law at 10:30AM.
