Earlier today, Sen. Burr talked about his vote on the Senate gun registration control bill with Bill LuMaye from WPTF. You may remember Mr. LuMaye as speaker from the GRNC Freedom Rally earlier this year.
It’s worth a listen, but don’t expect Burr to get into a real deep discussion about it.
Sean mentioned over on his site that he isn’t worked up about this, and I think he has a good point, however I’m just not comfortable taking this sort of bill further when there was a chance to kill it today.
I’m still of the same opinion. Let’s drag this out and beat it down. We beat this and we’ve destroyed gun control forever.
I hope you are right. I just don’t have the confidence in our representatives that I once did.
