Yesterday, the US Senate voted on the amendments to the S. 649, the gun control bill that you have most certainly heard almost non-stop media coverage about for the past month or so. We’re not completely out of the woods yet, but all of the amendments to the bill failed, which is a good thing. After the voting, President Barrack Hussein Obama threw a temper tantrum at the Whitehouse, continuing to use the worn out line that 90% of Americans want stricter gun control.
What I found really funny, was how he mentions that 90% of Americans support background checks for convicted felons, those convicted of domestic violence, and the mentally ill. “Most Americans think that’s already the law” … Yeah, because it is.
