The Blaze is reporting that Lindsey Graham made some comments earlier today regarding bloggers, and whether or not the First Amendment (You know, that little freedom of speech thing) should apply to bloggers who aren’t traditional paid media employees.
“Who is a journalist is a question we need to ask ourselves?”
As a blogger, this infuriates me to no end. Nobody pays me to write this blog. I don’t make any money writing this blog (It actually costs me money), but I’m a US Citizen, and yes, the first amendment applies to me.
I really hope that there will be a shakeup in SC politics soon so Lindsey Graham can lose his Senate seat. This guy plays both sides of the aisle whenever it is convenient for him. He was FOR gun control. He was FOR not reading the Boston bomber his rights, and he is FOR censorship of bloggers.
Make no mistake, Mr. Graham is no better than those on the ultra left, no matter what letter comes after his name.
