No Remington R51 Pistols at SHOT Media Day?

Rumor is that big green didn’t bring any Remington R51 pistols to Media Day on the Range at SHOT show yesterday (It’s a rumor, because I’m not at SHOT show).

The R51 came it of nowhere a week or so ago, and has been one of the most talked about guns being released this year, overshadowing the Glock 42.

Remington had an opportunity to put the pistol in the hands of tons of bloggers, podcasters, new media, and old media types at the media day, yet they didn’t have one there.

I don’t know why they didn’t bring one, but the fact that it wasn’t there doesn’t inspire much confidence in the pistol…
