Update: Not long after carry was allowed in DC, the court issued a stay, and the laws that were struck down were put back in place temporarily so DC can write some laws regarding carry.

This might viewed as a dumbass question but what about ammunition? Has the chief or more importantly, the courts, addressed ammunition because there is always a clever out for these people?
Looked into this for a few minutes, and it seems that you can’t buy ammo IN DC unless you have a gun registered in DC. Being that the gun registry is no more, ammo shouldn’t be a problem.
hmm…wanna open an ammo store in DC? LOL!
