You may remember Brian Aitken as the guy who was arrested for a ridiculous charge in NJ, getting sentenced to 7 years in prison, and thankfully getting his sentence commuted by Governor Christie. Unfortunately Brian is still technically a convicted felon, and is being stripped of his rights because of the conviction.
Brian was convicted of doing something, and sentenced to 7 years in prison foro doing something in NJ that I do every single day here in NC. He simply had some guns in his car. He legally owned them and legally purchased them.
Anyways, Brian is on a new NRA News segment commenting on the Shaneen Allen case in NJ:
