From this news piece, it seems that may be the case, or maybe not. It could be that the folks at Ruger smiled and nodded when approached by these folks, without having any intention of acting on the information, or it could be just as insidious as it sounds. I need a whole lot more than just one sentence from a NY news station before I can pass judgement.
I’ll be keeping an eye on this one…
Their “warm reception” was that two guys from Ruger met them in the lobby and accepted their information from them.
That’s kind of what I expect happened. Mike Fifer seems like a smart guy, and I can’t imagine he’d alow the Ruger brand to get tarnished like it did with the Brady bill.
