Com·pro·mise

Noun: An agreement or a settlement of a dispute that is reached by each side making concessions.

Verb: Settle a dispute by mutual concession.

Compromise is the settlement of a dispute that is reached by EACH SIDE making concessions. The gun grabbers in congress are using the word compromise over and over again when talking about our 2nd Amendment rights, yet, they don’t seem to understand the meaning of the word. They have offered NOTHING in return.

Taking something, without offering something in return is not compromise, it’s theft!
