C’mon Glock! Tell Us Already!

So, today is the day that Glock is supposed to make their big announcement. Turns out they are going to be starting an online forum, but the way they worded their Facebook message just a moment ago makes me wonder if there is some light at the end of the tunnel, and maybe, just maybe we could see the mythical singlestack 9mm Glock. Here’s the message they just posted: So….. What do you think? Is …

What Does Diane Feinstein Really Want?

Does the good Senator from California want just to ban “assault weapons” or does she want to take away a whole lot more? I came across this video tonight that compares what she says now, to a video taken of her right after the 1994 “assault weapon” ban. As you may assume, most of the guesses were that they would be releasing a Glock carbine, or a singlestack 9mm pistol. Unfortunately, I don’t think either guess is …

Becker BK2 – First Impression

Yesterday the FedEx guy dropped off a package for me, containing a Becker BK2 fixed blade knife. I’ve been looking for a stout knife to use in the woods, and judging by all of the reviews I read online, the Becker BK2 provided the best bang for the buck. One of the things that drew me to the BK2 is the large drop point blade. It seems that most other knifes of this size have …

14yo Shooter Cleans House at ZSA Match

On Sunday I went down to Range 37psr for the ZSA Zombiefest match, and I had the opportunity to watch this young man tear it up with his pistol. Shooters his age are the future of the shooting sports, and they will play an integral role in the preservation of our rights in the future. If you have kids, get them out to the range and teach them to shoot! It builds discipline, and teaches …
