Michigan Becomes a Real Shall-Issue State

Michigan has always had a weird CCW permit system that involved “County gun boards” that had the final say in whether or not someone would get their permit. Hardly what we’d call “shall issue” these days. I’m glad to see Gov. Snyder ditching the County gun boards in favor of a real shall issue system.
